We wanted to take a moment to say Happy New Year and to wish you all a fabulous 2012. We are back in the office after a great December break. I’m so excited to be diving into some great new projects. For now, everyone here at Emtwo HQ is getting back into the swing of things.

Getting personal? You bet! Here’s a quick run down on me and maybe, if I’m lucky, I can convince Sean to do one of these as well.
- Practically every single person I know, except for my husband, calls me Mel. He hates that name.
- We are a childless (by somewhat choice) couple and that means 1. we are considered “different” by many and 2. we get to spend all of our money on frivolous things like video games and pumpkin spice lattes.
- We have 5 furry kids and they all have weather-related names. Stormy was our first. He passed away in 2008. Now we currently love on 3 cats, Windy, Misty and Twister and 2 dogs, Dew and Frosty.

It’s been a long while since we had time to update our own site. We went through 2008, 2009 and most of 2010 with our heads down and focused on all of our awesome clients. A few months ago we promised ourselves that we would take our 5th year anniversary as a sign that it was time to give ourselves a bit of TLC.
We’ve streamlined the site from the original iterations; bringing you less fluff and showcasing what we spend most of our time doing; working with awesome clients!
Behind the scenes we are utilizing ExpressionEngine 2, which we have had so much fun playing around in. It took a little while to get used to the new layout of the administration options; after having used EE1 for so long, that’s pretty understandable.
